Q: What is the Mall’s business hours?
A: Fashion Mall : Daily, 10am – 10pm
Street Mall : Monday – Thursday, 10am – 12 midnight
Friday – Sunday and eve of Public Holidays, 10am – 1am

Q: Where is the Concierge located?
A: Concierge is located at the Centre Court. You may call our Concierge at 03-7710 6868 for assistance. Alternatively, please ask any member of the Security team, on patrol in the mall to assist.

Q: Where is the Centre Management Office?
A: Centre Management Office is located in Level 2. Please use the lift near South Entrance (Behind Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) to Level 2 - follow the signs.

Q: Do you offer toilet facilities for disabled customers or wheelchair users?
A: Yes, disabled toilets are located in every floor.

Q: Do you have wheelchair / baby stroller loan scheme?
A: Yes, wheelchairs/ baby strollers and power shoppers are available at the Concierge. With a deposit of RM50 and placement of an identity card, you can loan the wheelchair, baby stroller or power shopper for use in the mall and the pedestrianied F&B precinct. 

Q: Do you offer baby changing facilities?
A: Yes, our Baby Care Room is located in Level 1, near the Children’s Area.

Q: What are the opening and closing times of the Curve car park?
A: Basement 1 car park operates for 24 hours while Basement 2 opens at 11am daily.

Q: Are there any Car Wash services within the car park?
A: Yes, Car Wash services are available in Basement 1car park.  Drive in to Basement 1, park your car in one of the allocated spaces, the Car Wash team will attend to you swiftly. Prices from RM15.00 onwards.


Q: What do I need to do if I lose my car park ticket?
A: If you have lost your car park ticket please go to the car park office which is located on Basement 1 car park next to the exit barriers.  The staff will be able to help you exit the car park.  Lost tickets incur a charge of RM50.00.

Q: Do you pay for parking if you hold a disability badge/permit?
A: There are no concessions for disabled people in the car park, however there are allocated car parking spaces.

Q: Is there a Post Office located within the Centre?
A: There is a Post Office located at IKANO Power Centre (Lower Ground Floor).

Q: Do you have ATM machines?
A: There are a number of ATMs around the mall – Maybank, CIMB Bank, Affin Bank, RHB Bank, AmBank and Al-Rajhi Bank.

Q: What banks do you have in the Mall?
A: There is Maybank and CIMB Bank located at the North Entrance, Ground Floor and Affin Bank at the South Entrance, First Floor.
